Why can't I access PrepStep (Learning Express)?

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. Here are a few steps that can help if you are having problems accessing your library account and resources. If you have additional problems please feel free to reach out to the library staff for assistance.

Try clearing your browser cookies and cache (FirefoxChromeEdgeSafari [Phone]Safari [Mac]) or switching browsers. For example, try switching to Firefox if you're using Chrome or Chrome if you're using Safari.

 

If that doesn’t work, you may need to create a new password in BOSS. To create a new password, log in to BOSS and select Personal Information > System Accounts & Change Passwords.*  Clear your browser cookies and cache again after creating a new password in BOSS.

*Once you create a new password, any wireless devices previously registered to use UALR-WiFi or UALR-IoT may prompt you to re-enter your new password. You may need to remove or forget the UALR-WiFi or UALR-IoT wireless networks
